What You’ll Do For Us
Focus, Scope , & Impact:
Focus Areas
- Lead the E2E implement at ion and execution of Demand Planning routines (E&OP, S&OP, S&OE) and control tower s across the OU , with CPS, Joint Ventures and Bottlers
- Leads the Tisch productivity agenda and relationship with other relevant stakeholders across the OU
- Lead and support bottlers on Supply Chain Transformation journey ( future supply chain, industry 4.0, digital, e-commerce logistics, etc. ) to ensure a profitable and sustainable growth of a Total Beverage Company for the OU and its system partners.
- Lead GCM OU implementation of Corporate´s planning and productivity Initiatives.
- Manage the regional supply chains for circular economy aligned with other SC functions
- Responsible for overseeing and managing overall supply chain and logistics process efficiency and productivity
- Determine key supply chain KPIs to monitor and improve performance
- Suggest solutions for process improvements on Supply Chain procedures
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Work with finance, procurement , manufacturing and logistics team s to determine best vendors and distributors as potential productivity gains
- Responsible for improving efficiency of primary transportation and warehouse operations in order to achieve a proper asset management is optimization
- Work with bottler groups in defining primary distribution systems, transportation e engineering, p planning and management.
- Lead the productivity projects ensuring and end to end Supply Chain perspective focused on growth and continuous improvement in a wide range of bottling organizations and countries with different complexities.
- Manages and tracks technical productivity projects and connects with EWI ( Enterprise Wide Initiative)
- Ensures consistency on project timing and savings
- Leads productivity agenda with Franchise Technical Operation s Managers
- Assess and benchmarks best productivity practices across different OU

K EY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience with depth in the Supply Chain planning & productivity and breadth across multiple supply chain experience (preferably in the food industry). Franchise Leadership and Operational Excellence experience preferred
- Knowledge in specialty areas such as Demand Planning routines & Control Tower implementation, enterprise efficiency productivity & execution
- Maximize system-wide Supply Chain value through achieving high level of System Productivity. Lead and manage OU wide efforts to develop and implement the cost saving and process improvement plan, ensuring the highest level of productivity is achieved and maintained throughout the entire OU along time
- For this role is highly required to show growth mindset. Balancing how to solve the current requirements, while exploring the next actions and future possibilities.
Work Focus
- Responsible for establishing and drive a Productivity projects pipeline, and as PMO follow-up implementation with the correspondent directors, VPs, project managers on committed projects, timeframe and expected results, providing directions for fast track and assignment of resource
- Responsible to lead a Productivity culture road map including a process scheme for supply chain processes
- Develop and implement performance management system and routines to measure and track productivity initiatives and savings achieved, by working cross-functional with the organization, bottlers and suppliers. Responsible for development of a productivity scorecard .
- Develop/adapt, manage and operate an information system-control tower and data driven focus, setting priorities aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives and expected executional results.
- Support Supply Chain planning capabilities development, including the identification and implementation of best practices and common processes to ensure standardized procedures and processes across all regions, bottling organization and countries working close to capability development organizations in the creation of training tools.
- Lead Cross Functional processes to ensure productivity improvements across the supply chain systems .
- Ensure the OU and regional business plans processes include specific planning and productivity goals .
- Lead large initiatives linked to strategic initiatives and innovation
- Lead all E2E demand planning efforts from strategic sourcing to finished product delivery
Communication Focus
- Planning, Technical and Finance leads across the OU (CPS, OU, Regions, FO, JDVs, CPS and Bottlers)
- Build strategic relationships with vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, and other KO Supply Chain teams across GCM
- Lead Supply Chain communication with Finance, Productivity, Legal.
