Key Result Area
- Implement Quality and Food Safety System – provide leadership in the implementation of quality and Food Safety system to ensure the compliance with requirement of TCCC and local regulation, through directing the execution of effective QFS programs throughout bottler operations.
- Ensure compliance with the QFS principles, polices and standards of TCCC and local regulation through alignment with GAO Audit, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed in a timely manner.
- Authorize production lines and facilities, and conduct risk assessment to ensure compliance with quality standards (KORE), regulatory and governance policies.
- Manage process change validation procedure and ensure TCA (Technical Chart of Authority) are fully complied.
- Build and maintain smooth communication channel with quality head of bottler group and bottling plants.
- Risk and Issue Management – Quality and Food Safety risk assessment across supply chain, especially process related and help bottling plants/co-packers to work out corrective action plan. Effectively troubleshoots common and special cause QFS issues to mitigate risks.
- Business Plan and Quality – Co-ordinate the development and implementation business focused programs which add value to bottler operations, support the enhancement of QFS and image and focus on delivering quality as perceived by the consumer more effectively and efficiently throughout the bottler operations.
- Provide functional support and guidance to QFS improvement activities throughout the value chain to ensure QFS goals are met.
- Training and Development – Identify training needs and provide direction and support in the development and implementation of training programs to bottlers and co-packers.
- Proactively participate SME network and global Quality Community collaboration and share best practice / learning.
Knowledge & Experience
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in QFS management field, still beverage experience is preferable
- Solid knowledge on quality and food safety system: ISO9001, FSSC 22000
- Strong capability of problem solving, capable of solving complex problems
- Strong communication, coordination and influence skill
- Good planning and execution.
- Experience in collaborating and communicating up to Senior Management level across multiple sites
