Job Description
GBS Procurement offer procurement operation service. China team support APAC region, mainly focus on China commercial (including HK & Taiwan), Beijing and Suzhou manufacture, Malaysia, Singapore, Australian and New Zealand.
- Supplier on-boarding. To be the coordinator to invite the approved supplier to do Ariba registration. Offer training service to supplier. Review and check documentation, follow up approval process and set up into related system.
- Purchasing to order. To be the PR assistant and work as a checker to do quality and compliance review for purchasing requisition, verify documentation and create the purchasing order. And support on Contract/service order, Outline agreement and Spot Purchase Order set up in different systems.
- Contract management. Assist on drafting NDA and contract, coding and filling.
- Data management and reporting. Support regional procurement team to do data analysis and reports.
- Communication and training. Chat and communication support on procurement system and purchasing issues such as AX PO request, SAP Ariba PTO, GBS service portal, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in Procurement Operation Service or Customer Service.
Professional Skill Requirement
- Treat people sincerely, work initiative seriously, full of professionalism.
- Fluency in both written and oral English and Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill. Skills and experience in handling issues
- Strong skills in Microsoft excel. Be patient and careful on data management.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP, Ariba and AX is plus.
- Sense of efficiency, urgency and priority.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment.
