Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Provide inbound and outbound (phone, email, web form, chat, community) application/ functional support and resolution to customers (external and internal) while presenting the company in a positive and fair manner with timely updates and knowledgeable answers.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and escalate on customer issues acting as a customer advocate while working with all departments.
- Support customers with functional questions displaying exceptional customer service, knowledge and oral/ written communication skills.
- Obtain detailed and accurate information relating to the business impact of customer’s technical issues utilizing effective questioning techniques.
- Seek out opportunities to add value to customers during all interactions.
- Diagnosing and anticipating current and future customer learning needs and provide assistance with both.
- Documents and recommends necessary corrections and additional requirements to complete process in a timely manner.
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
- Reach a daily target in an efficient way maintaining high quality standards.

SAP has implemented temporary changes to SAP’s internal transfer policy applicable to transfer offers made on or after August 1, 2022 and effective globally within SAP except in the following countries, where the new compensation is still effective as of the transfer date: Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Brazil, Czech Republic due Workers Council agreements or country laws. The policy change provides that if transfer offer includes a change in compensation, such change will be effective as of January 1, 2023 without retroactive application, regardless of the transfer start date.
