The Role
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Partnering closely with the business to ensure compliance to quality standards, oversee audit activities and assist in quality management reviews.
- Ascertaining customer’s needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Conducting regular quality assurance audits and following up post-audit to ensure that non-conformities are addressed in a timely manner and corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to market needs.
- Executing design strategy of the brand by proposing design solutions and resolving issues related design project management.
- Developing and implementing a strong strategy for acquiring and building strong relationships with key clients.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, sales and marketing, reception, Leisure, Travel and Aviation, Transport & Logistics.
- You also have good experience in Travel Retail, Visual Merchandiser and VIP / Key Client Management.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering all the regions.
- You should be service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You should be a strong networker & relationship builder
- You should be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
